In 2013, we took a decisive step with the creation of EUROPA-CENTER Iberia, based in Barcelona, as part of our international expansion. Since then, the group has consolidated its presence in the Spanish market with a stable structure and sustained growth. We promote projects that reflect the balance between German construction quality and the innovative nature of the Mediterranean environment.
The group currently manages a network of five companies active in Spain, with a portfolio of more than 60,000 m² of buildable area under its ownership.
As an investment and development group of German origin, specialising in tertiary properties located in strategic areas, we combine technical rigour and precise planning with the flexibility and sensitivity of the Iberian market.
Each project is approached in a comprehensive way, taking care of every detail from the initial conception to its operation and maintenance, with the aim of offering results that last over time.

On January 12th, 2026, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sabadell was inaugurated, the first hotel of this category by IHG in Spain and a flagship project of EUROPA‑CENTER Iberia. Located at C/ Vall Moranta nº 2, it stands on a 4,414 m² plot with 4,967 m² built, becoming a new benchmark for modern, efficient accommodation aimed both at business tourism and the local growth of Sabadell.
The hotel offers 130 rooms, a breakfast area, bar, gym, and three meeting rooms, along with an independent restaurant and a parking area with 54 spaces, 8 of them equipped with electric chargers. It features aerothermal systems, solar panels, and regenerated water, meeting the DGNB Gold standard. With 1,005 m² of green areas and a direct connection to the local bike lane network, the hotel —valued at 14 million euros— marks a new milestone for the city and for the growth of EUROPA‑CENTER Iberia in Spain.
On December 17th 2025, the new Moe Sushi Sabadell opened, a 750 m² Asian restaurant integrated into the EUROPA‑CENTER Sabadell complex and conceived as a fully customisable Shell & Core building. The project expands the gastronomic offer of the retail park with a modern, efficient space adapted to the urban environment of Sant Pau de Riu‑sec.
Located at C/ Vall Moranta nº 2 on a 2,563 m² plot, the building was developed by EUROPA‑CENTER Iberia, featuring a distinctive contemporary design combining concrete, sandwich panels and a glazed façade. The restaurant accommodates 300 guests and includes 37 parking spaces.
The operator completed the final installations and interior design, incorporating water features and a carefully crafted atmosphere. Valued at 2 million euros and delivered in 2025, Moe Sushi Sabadell showcases EUROPA‑CENTER Iberia’s commitment to versatile commercial spaces that bring lasting value to the local area.
At EUROPA-CENTER Iberia we are about to open our new hotel in Sabadell. It will be the first Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Spain, located in Sant Pau de Riu-sec.
This project represents an investment of more than 15 million euros and the creation of about fifteen new jobs. The hotel will have 130 rooms, distributed over five floors: 110 standard and 20 suites equipped with kitchenettes. In addition, we have incorporated up to eight charging points for electric vehicles, reaffirming our commitment to sustainability.
But we have not stopped there: next to the hotel there is a new Asian cuisine restaurant added by the Moe Sushi chain, expanding the gastronomic offer of the area.
