With more than 50 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, and as part of our international expansion, we took a decisive step in 2013 with the establishment of
EUROPA-CENTER Iberia, headquartered in Barcelona.
Since then, the group has consolidated its presence in the Spanish market with a stable structure and sustained growth, driving projects that reflect the balance between German construction quality and the innovative character of the Mediterranean environment.
Over 50 years of established presence in Europe. The entrepreneurial spirit of the Suhr family and its foundations drove international expansion more than a decade ago, starting with Iberia. Today we maintain the same objective: to create commercial spaces that allow companies to face their challenges, adapting to new trends and guaranteeing the quality and sustainability that the present demands.
