In order to comply with its implemented Internal Information System – hereinafter "the System" or "SII" – as well as Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report on regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption – hereinafter Law 2/2023 – it has proceeded to establish an Information Channel with the aim that all individuals determined within the personal scope of the said SII can report the existence of non-compliance or conduct contrary to the rules contained within the material scope of the organization's SII.
