Holiday Inn Hotel – A benchmark for efficiency and comfort
The group's first international project was a 4-star hotel in Sant Cugat. The hotel has the DGNB Gold certification, and has been designed under the criteria of maximum energy efficiency: biomass boiler, photovoltaic solar panels, and grey and rainwater collection systems. Thanks to its strategic location next to the AP7 motorway and a few minutes from the centre of Barcelona, it has become a benchmark for business travellers and guests looking for comfort in a sustainable environment.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites – First development of its kind in Spain
Our second development is the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sabadell and the first hotel of its kind in Spain under the IHG brand. The project includes 130 rooms & suites, a large breakfast area and bar, a gym and three meeting rooms. The building integrates aerothermal systems, solar panels and connection to a public network of reclaimed water for irrigation and toilets. The plot is completed with a restaurant and charging stations, integrated into an interior urbanisation that connects directly with the surrounding bicycle lane. Sabadell, with its consolidated economic fabric, its university campus and its excellent metropolitan connection, represents an ideal environment for this type of project.
